The good nutritional information in their post aside, they’re assuming that a whole host of maladies all boil down to the problems that they point out. As a hypothesis, it is interesting, but they’re entirely unconvincing on this point. I find it interesting that modern nutrition has helped people live longer, yet, this nutrition has somehow also caused all these problems. Notice how they are talking about two different things – Essential vitamins and obesity/heart disease.
