Not sure if I would describe the phone book spawn as “edible”. It’s designed to be a tool for edible landscaping, but the phone books themselves probably aren’t the best substrate for initiating fruiting on. I’m sure it would be easy to do, though, but who knows what kind of inks and stuff are put into those.
