World’s street food picked over

Hungry? Tuck into street food in Tokyo and Singapore. Has anyone ever done a study of the role of street food in the conservation of agrobiodiversity?

Singapore has the best street food I’ve ever come across. Probably also the most agrobiodiverse (although that seems an easier category to win).
