I don’t even know you and I love you. Super great stuff that you’re writing about. Just love it when others “get it”. You’re not only awake but you’ve got stamina left to tell others to “wake up”.
Yep, the chefs are a great alliance, as they are interested in quality and they are the only ones (so it seems at times) who are actually contemplating food or giving any thought to its quality.
Thanks for all that your doing to bring some sanity back into our culture. Food is culture and if it were not for those to tow the line (like you) our country’s culture would be nothing short of barbaric.
