  1. The seed laws article is very interesting, and very frustrating. The opponents of the proposed law really like slippery slopes and hyperbole!

    I’d like to learn more about what you guys think about plant intellectual property.

    Without going too far into it, I think laws need to walk a fine line between encouraging innovation and stifling innovation.

  2. Indeed. And that’s a tough row to hoe. Jeremy has blogged several times about what European Union seed rules are doing to “informal” seed saving and breeding.
