My, My, a black carrot, who’d have thought. Not only are home gardeners already growing black carrots all over the world, varieties developed by these sorts of institutions are nearly always male sterile so the farmers can’t harvest their own seed.
I hate the way they seem to be implying that they have ‘invented’ black carrots, not just a new, and probably not unique, variety.
