poppy has been a ubiquitous plant in home gardens, physick or medicinal gardens around the world for centuries. what is the current legal status and distribution of home garden poppy cultivation? any news?
Good question. I’ve left a query to that effect on the Eden website. Regarding the traditional importance of the opium poppy, you might be interested in this old post. Interesting also that there seems to be a change lately in US policy towards the opium poppy in Afghanistan.
